One of the ways in which I know what I am finding truths out is that problem is solved for good. I don't have to revisit the same problem again.
It is absolutely critical to savagely and surgically arrange one's environment in a way that is in accordance with where he wants to go.

The most important "to-do" item must be completed first thing in the morning. Not just "started," but started AND completed. The later you begin, the greater the risk it won't be completed.
